Chic Fashion for the Younger Generation
If you're looking for children's clothes that stand out from those you'll find at the big name chain stores, then take a virtual visit to this week's tour.
Here you'll find exciting, exclusive and exceptional quality outfits for the youngest generation at the beautiful Little Cherubs in Babbacombe Bay.
Owner, Jayne, first came up with the idea of opening a children's boutique when her two daughters, now aged 13 and 12, were young. Looking for something special for them to wear, in classic styles and made with quality, was proving far more challenging than she had expected.
So in 2003, Little Cherubs was born, founded on the principle that children should look like children while being able to choose their clothes from a large selection of designer outfits.
Catering for ages from birth to ten years, you'll find a huge range of occasion wear and dresses, rompers, t-shirts, cardigans, bed wear, accessories, and lots more. As one of the largest independent stockists of names like Mayoral and Tutto Piccolo, Jayne spends a great deal of time researching suppliers from across the UK and Europe, including Spain and Italy.
A few months after opening the shop, Jayne also launched the Little Cherubs website. Around 80% of their business now takes place over the internet on littlecherubsclothing.co.uk
and through their popular business Facebook
page. A new website is currently in production, which will make it easier to shop online using mobile devices.
Jayne is a firm believer in giving the finest service to all customers, whether in person or via their online store.
Look inside Little Cherubs and you'll see it's exquisitely laid out. Renovations took place at the end of last year after the shop relocated to a new more prominent position within the town. Jayne designed the layout and colour scheme herself, along with a new logo, with her husband and father carrying out the redecoration work.
"We are thrilled with the finished look," said Jayne," and have received many compliments, which is fabulous."
Take the virtual tour below to see the array of clothes beautifully displayed within the strikingly modern, fresh black-and-white themed decor. Said Jayne, "We love the virtual tour. As the majority of our business takes place online, it is the perfect tool to use on Facebook and our website. We feel it gives our online customers the experience of actually 'walking around the store'."
As new and exciting ranges are regularly being added to the collection, Jayne intends to show these off with updated virtual tours being produced every six months.
